Proposed Reporting Structure:
The Head of Product will report directly to the COO, who is in charge of the SaaS business line.
Requirements for the Role:
- Location: Munich or Paris. No remote function.
- SaaS Experience: A strong background in managing SaaS products is essential.
- Domain Expertise: Domain expertise in Talent Acquisition / understanding of the HR ecosystem is desirable.
- Language Requirements: Fluent in English

The Role :
The Head of Product will play a pivotal role in defining and executing company''s product vision and strategy. Reporting to the COO, you will own the end-to-end product experience, ensuring our products evolve into one seamless platform that delivers real, measurable impact for our customers.
Define and drive a compelling, customer-driven product vision across our four products, aligning them under a unified platform strategy.
- Obsess over user experience, making sure every interaction is seamless, delightful, and adds real value to recruiters and hiring teams.
- Lead a team of 3 Product Managers, 2 Designers, and the Engineering Manager, fostering a high-performance culture of innovation and execution.
- Ensure product-market fit for enterprise customers, designing solutions that support large-scale sales and customer adoption.
- Develop and implement our AI strategy,ensuring we integrate AI in a way that is practical, useful, and truly enhances the user experiencenot just hype.
- Establish best-in-class product management processes, ensuring alignment with customer needs, competitive analysis, and market trends.
- Dive deep into product development, making sure designs, specs, and features are executed flawlessly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver scalable and commercially successful solutions.
- Drive KPIs and a data-driven product culture, ensuring that decisions are rooted in customer insights, business impact, and continuous feedback loops.
- Act as a thought leader in the HR Tech space, engaging with key stakeholders, industry experts, and customers to stay ahead of market trends.
Your Profile Must-Have Experience :
- Proven experience in leading and managing SaaS products, ideally in HR Tech or a related industry.
- Hands-on and detail-obsessedyou dont just set the vision, you ensure the smallest details of the product are right.
- Deep understanding about UX/UI - you have a strong intuition for what makes a product truly delightful.
- Data-driven mindset you analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to make smart, informed decisions.
- Strong background in enterprise SaaS, with a focus on driving commercial success and supporting large-scale sales.
- Expertise in integrating AI into products in a meaningful way.
- Experience managing multiple products within a single platform, creating a cohesive vision across different solutions.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in scaling and managing
- cross-functional product teams.
- Deep understanding of product management methodologies, agile development, and user experience principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence across executive leadership, sales teams, and enterprise clients.
Desirable Experience :
- Domain expertise in HR Tech, talent acquisition, or recruitment solutions.
- Experience working with AI/ML applications in a SaaS environment.
- Background in international product expansion and global enterprise sales environment.
