You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You train operational managers (remotely/on-site) on product usage. You identify potential obstacles in the onboarding process and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them. You upgrade our solutions for existing clients. You help improve our products and processes through close customer contact. Your profile: At least 5 years of experience in digital project management, with proven successful projects. Structured, organized work style, capable of managing multiple tasks in stressful situations. Confident communication at C-level, even under pressure. Willingness to travel to customers. Native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not required. Why us?
