Job Opportunity: Real Estate Asset ManagerLocation: Noviglio, ItalyCompany: Risorse Professional, a company specializing in the recruitment and selection of Middle & Senior Management personnel, for a leading SGR Real Estate firm in Milan.We are seeking a candidate who will report directly to the Team Manager and will be responsible for:Identifying and implementing real estate development strategies;Preparing business plans, cash flow analyses, scenario simulations for individual assets, and sensitivity analyses for portfolios or individual assets;Coordinating Project Management, Property Management activities, and liaising with real estate agencies;Managing leasing activities and renegotiations of leased spaces, through internal Letting functions and external real estate intermediaries;Reporting on asset performance within the portfolio;Supporting the Finance department with cost and revenue accounting for portfolios and variance analysis.Qualifications:Master''s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Economics;At least 3 years of experience in similar roles;Excellent command of the English language;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;Teamwork, proactivity, and problem-solving skills;Additional Information:Salary will be commensurate with the candidate''s seniority;Work location: Milan, with the possibility of smart working.#J-18808-Ljbffr
