An exciting opportunity has arisen as Export Coordinator in our Forwarding and Export Logistics Department at Carpus, Kongsberg. We support our Delivery Projects and the Global Customer Support organisation in delivering hardware and spare parts to our customers worldwide at the right time and right place. Main tasks and responsibilities Handle shipments from site and third-party suppliers for worldwide deliveries Prepare and issue required export documents Contribute to being a competence centre for worldwide deliveries Continuously keep your competence updated Support our internal project organisations in serving our external customers Contribute to a high service level and enhancement of working processes Qualifications and experience Bachelor in logistics/supply chain/customs, or similar, and/or relevant experience Experience in international transport, logistics, global export or customs Extended knowledge in international trade Preferably knowledge of Letter of Credit Experienced in using digital tools like ERP and Microsoft 365 (e.g Outlook, Teams, Excel) Knowledge of Incoterms, dangerous goods handling, customs procedures and VAT Meet safety requirements from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartstilsynet) Fluency in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
