HR Data & InsightsSpecialist Functieomschrijving This role sits within the PeopleTechnology & Data function of the group and plays a key role indriving data maturity, insight-led decision-making, and theimplementation of AI-driven tools across the employee lifecycle.The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping andscaling people analytics capabilities in a complex, multinationalcontext. 1. People Reporting & Data Visualization - Design anddeliver high-quality people reporting and dashboards at grouplevel. - Collaborate closely with internal data teams to align ondata definitions, metrics, and data flows. - Support compliancewith emerging regulatory requirements and voluntary disclosureframeworks (e.g. ESG, sustainability-related). 2. Data Governance& Infrastructure - Help maintain and evolve a global HR dataglossary and data standards. - Support internal governance forumsand act as a liaison between HR and data/IT stakeholders. - Ensurepeople data architecture aligns with high security, privacy, andethical standards. 3. Insights & Innovation - Translate complexdata into actionable insights to improve the employee and HRexperience. - Contribute to the development of a strong dataculture within HR and the broader organization. - Explore theintegration of innovative technologies, including (Generative) AI,to further enhance analytics capabilities. In this role, you willbe both a strategic partner and hands-on expert, working withinternal stakeholders across regions and functions. You will act asa champion for HR data, helping to embed its use as a core pillarof the people strategy. Profiel We are looking for a candidate whobrings demonstrated experience and motivation in the followingdomains: - HR Reporting / People Analytics - Data Governance &Quality - Data-driven insights and storytelling You do not need tobe an expert in all three areas, but you should be curious andeager to grow across the full spectrum.
