You have a resilient mindset and enjoy working in R&D.We are looking for someone with:Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsFlexibilityAbility to build and maintain relationshipsWhat about the jobProduct Development FCS & Modules in Monza is responsible for defining standards for FSS (Fuel Supply Systems) and HSS (High-Speed Separators) Modules across various applications, working closely with Global Sales and the Product Center. This position is based in Monza, Italy, reporting to the Head of Product Development Fuel Conditioning Systems & Modules.In this role, you will:Drive R&D projects according to budget, schedule, and quality targetsFocus on product improvement and cost optimization, including supply chain efficiencyFollow project management procedures (StageGate approach via Alfa Laval''s PROMAL)Coordinate project teams and collaborate with peers and expertsPlan and monitor project activitiesReport progress to management and stakeholdersDevelop and maintain standard solutions in collaboration with Business UnitsEnsure compliance with industry and quality standardsSupport order handlers, sales engineers, workshop teams, and buyers as neededParticipate in cross-functional project teamsWhat you knowA strong technical background; an engineering degree is an assetAt least 5 years of experience in a similar roleCertifications of competence are a plusBasic understanding of fuel conditioning processes on vessels and marine sector knowledgeAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)What''s in it for youWe offer a challenging position within an open and friendly environment where we support each other''s development and value creation.
