Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We''re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.

Youll get to:

• Maintain close contact with our clients and conduct on-site visits together with the Client Advisor
• Prepare and follow up on client meetings and client events
• Get introduced to the entire day-to-day business of the client advisor and provide their administrative support
• Assist the client advisor in analyzing financial statements, reviewing loan applications, and preparing annual loan templates
• Collaborate with product and specialist experts from within and outside the Corporate & Real Estate Banking Switzerland division in a solution-oriented manner
• Create professional presentations to support the strategic dialogue with our clients
• Support the preparation of strategic transactions and corporate finance activities
• Participate in projects by coordinating and performing analysis activities

Your team

Youll be working in the Corporate & Real Estate team for the market area Oberland /Emmental /Oberaargau in the region of Berne. We are a diverse and friendly team that will support your future career into the right direction! Were responsible for business clients from small start-ups and enterprises to large corporate clients. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.

Your expertise

Were looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their bachelor''s or master''s degree within the last 18 months
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has an interest in the financial sector, preferably with initial experience through an internship in the finance or banking sector
• demonstrates strong client orientation, openness, communication skills, good team spirit, a confident demeanor, quick comprehension, initiative, and a wide range of interests
• possesses good analytical skills and a good knowledge of MS Office
• is proficient in German and English
