Civil Project Manager Large-Scale CAPEX Project (Flemish Belgium) For a heavy industrial client in Flemish Belgium, we are looking for a Civil Project Manager to support a large-scale CAPEX project. As a Civil PM, you will oversee all civil activities, ensuring compliance with Belgian laws, regulations, and permitting processes. You will be responsible for: Managing civil engineering aspects, including site preparation, foundations, and structural work. Ensuring compliance with local and national building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards. Coordinating with contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits. Overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and execution of civil works. Managing risk assessments and ensuring high-quality project delivery. What You Bring: Experience in civil project management, preferably in heavy industrial environments on large-scale CAPEX projects Strong knowledge of Belgian permitting processes and construction regulations. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive project success.
