Were looking for a Product Manager Payments who will drive the evolution of our payments platform, ensuring a seamless, secure and scalable payment experience for millions of users and partners across our multi-market ecosystem (eCommerce + Marketplace).
Working model and location: hybrid policy in Chiasso, Switzerland (for Italian residence max 25% of remote working in a year)
Team: you will join the Customer Payments Team within the Customer Growth Area.
Contract: Permanent full-time (36 h/week)
In this role, you will:
Own the Payments product domain, with focus on third-party integrations (e.g. PSPs, acquirers, APMs, BNPL providers), internal orchestration systems, checkout optimization, and fraud/chargeback flows.
Define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the companys growth strategy, particularly for high-volume B2C payment use cases.
Lead the end-to-end product development cycle: from discovery and requirement gathering to backlog prioritization, delivery and post-release monitoring (including payment KPIs such as conversion rate, approval rate, cost per transaction).
Collaborate with internal platform teams to ensure modular and scalable integration of third-party services, optimizing latency, availability and compliance.
Partner with Legal, Risk, Finance and Customer Care to guarantee regulatory compliance, reduce chargebacks and streamline dispute handling.
What were looking for:
3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital environment, ideally in high-volume B2C e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
Experience working with agile, cross-functional teams, with fast time-to-market expectations.
Strong analytical mindset: confident working with KPIs, dashboards, SQL/basic data queries, experimentation frameworks.
Youre comfortable collaborating across platform teams, third-party providers, compliance/legal, and customer support teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Have experience with risk scoring and/or API-based Platforms and understand their operational/financial implications.
Have worked in multi-market, multi-brand environments or marketplaces with complex payment set-ups.
Are familiar with fraud prevention tools, chargeback mitigation and post-payment flows (refunds, settlements, ledger).
Have previously owned or worked on internal payment platforms or orchestration layers.
