Responsibilities will also include developing training materials, giving user support, testing CSR and helpdesk updates before implementation, and analysing issues to identify the root cause.**REQUIREMENTS**:Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.**Knowledge in ERP environment**: including general sales and manufacturing principles, such as pricing, customer maintenance, scheduling, and shipping.**Pluses**:Related training/education/experience.Knowledge in relational databases.1 3 years experienceWe have extensive experience in helping companies keep up with the dramatic changes in distribution center and warehouse operations.
