Responsibilities:Reporting to the PMO Manager, he/she will be accountable for the end-to-end execution and responsible for full customer relationship during job development, up to handover to the service department.At the same time, he/she will be accountable for scope of supply definition, budget/timing attainment, and customer agreement during change order management.Duties:Define, with assigned functional team members, the best project schedule.Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of assigned projects to deliver quality machines on time and under budget.Serve as the primary interface with customers, sales, quality, engineering, and operations to identify and resolve technical, schedule, and financial issues.Review high-level project deliverables based on user requirements and prioritize them accordingly.Prepare and present progress reports, schedule updates, project reviews, and performance reports to the Director and customers as required.Develop risk mitigation plans to prevent budget and schedule overruns.Proactively identify and manage changes in project scope, potential problems, and devise contingency plans.Provide weekly financial data for projects (ETC).Manage and aim to exceed revenue and profit goals set for each project.Recognize change order opportunities and execute them profitably and ethically.Keep stakeholders informed of potential project risks for both the company and the customer, escalating to the Director if necessary.Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors and peers.Assist in evaluating and redesigning project scope by engaging appropriate subject matter experts efficiently.Build a solid and constructive relationship with customers during job execution.Ensure project milestones are achieved as per schedule to ensure flawless cash collection.Qualifications:Bachelors degree, preferably in Engineering.PMP certification is a plus.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project).Relational Skills:Effective communication skills with superiors and peers.Good organizational and schedule management skills.Ability to communicate effectively, manage complexity, focus on customers, and plan and align tasks.Language Skills:Advanced knowledge of English.Experience:Not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
