For the pharmaceutical company we''re looking for an experienced Frontend Tech Lead with React. The main goal of the project is to modernize and refactor the software of the platform supporting workflow automation within the laboratory solution. A primary objective is to eliminate technical debt and improve overall system performance. The initiative includes a Frontend Refactor component. The target technology is to be React as part of the change from Angular. The objective is to align these UIs with the latest OneDesign standards and enhance the overall user experience. The refactor aims to enhance the performance, consistency, and maintainability of the user interfaces. The project operates within a medical regulated software environment and follows agile methodologies.

• 5+ years of work experience related to software development
• 3+ years of experience leading front-end or full-stack teams
• Experience designing front-end architectures from scratch or evolving legacy systems
• Advocates for scalable design systems, atomic design principles, and component-driven development
• Expert-level proficiency in React (v18+), including Hooks, Context API, Suspense, and Concurrent Mode
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES2020+), TypeScript, and the modern JS ecosystem
• Solid experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai, or React Query)
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright), including unit, integration, component and end-to-end testing
• Comfort with modern build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
• Understanding of API integration using RESTful services
• Focus on code quality and maintainability
• Proficiency in building modular, performant, and scalable front-end architectures
• Experience working with Figma
• Familiarity with component libraries and design systems
• Strong spoken and written communication in English (C1 or above)
