From Temporing Barcelona we select a CRM Assistance for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Barcelona and Madrid.
Tasks:
- Support to the commercial department in key demand generation activities, including efficient resolution of issues and operational needs, proactive management and maintenance of the customer database, as well as the planning coordination, and follow-up of the sales campaigns.
- Administration of the Salesforce.com CRM platform, including gathering requirements from the sales team, managing and resolving issues, developing customized reports, and creating and maintaining fields, views, and other key CRM objects to enhance system functionality and align it with business needs.
- Active collaboration with the EMEA team on data migration processes between different databases, as well as in the preparation and coordination of the launch of a new CRM system with the Iberia team.
Requirements:
- Experience in data analysis and the creation of customized reports to support strategic decision-making.
- High numerical agility and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with effective use of formulas and pivot tables.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to participate in meetings and email communications with teams across the EMEA region.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus, to create dashboards with CRM data.
- Residence in Barcelona or surrounding area.

- Schedule from 8 to 17hrs. from Monday to Thursday and intensive Friday.
