Program Manager Radar (m/f)
Located in Bissen/Luxembourg
Your responsibilities would include:
- Leading all project management aspects of the project from startup phase to final release
- Defining project scope, goals and deliverables, tasks and resources needed
- Developing and managing project plan and timing
- Managing project budget and piece cost
- Coordinating and supporting the team members
- Monitoring and reporting progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Ensuring that the project delivers on all component performance, quality and manufacturing requirements
- Ensuring that project issues are documented
You would need to meet the following requirements:
- Academic degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar
- At least 5 years working experience as Project Manager, experience as System Engineer for automotive projects is considered an asset
- Deep understanding of project management and budget handling
- Radar related experience is considered an asset
- Experience with automotive SPICE
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Critical thinking, curiosity and active listening
- Good knowledge of MS Office (including MS Project), SAP and version control software SVN
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), German and/or French are considered strong assets
