And thats where you come in.Head of HR PlanningYour new roleThis role is part of the global Compensation & Benefits function. You will ensure that the global cost, headcount, and budget process is delivered according to guidelines and timelines, providing consistent and timely data to stakeholders. The incumbent is responsible for data consolidation and validation following reviews by the Global FP&A team and Operational HR.Main Tasks & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Regional/Operational HR, C&B, Finance, Corporate, and cross-functional leadership to manage workforce planning and employee productivity budgets, ensuring the design, definition, and communication of processes and timelines for labor cost data collection, consolidation, and analysis.Partner with Hitachi Rails Finance teams and Corporate to drive insights and process efficiencies, ensuring alignment across teams.Work with the CHRO office to analyze, report, and optimize functional spend, including developing annual budgets for labor costs.Design and develop Hitachi Rails HR data reporting structure, defining timelines, data, and reporting methods and systems.Coordinate and execute monthly financial and operational performance reports, including variance analysis and trend tracking.Report on workforce data (headcount, labor costs) to support business proposals, projects, and ESG reporting.Conduct external market research on workforce planning, providing recommendations based on best practices in workforce analytics, tools, and methods.About You - You Will Need...Be aware of and actively promote Hitachis ethos, culture, and values.
