About the job Our client, a global leader in the offshore industry , wind, marine infrastructure, known for its innovative culture and focus on sustainability. They are looking to recruit A Lead Engineer based in Belgium or the Netherlands, specialized in offshore cable installation projects. The role As a Lead Engineer, you will be instrumental in the planning and execution of offshore projects. You will work alongside an international team from various disciplines.As an experienced Lead Engineer, you have a strong background in both engineering and installation. Your responsibilities You will be leading projects of large-scale offshore cable installation: Manage from the preparation to execution of the projects In charge of the planning and reporting of the budget control and cost monitoring Prepare method statements before the projet is execute offshore Review detailed reports, procedures, manuals from the engineering department Be a liason with the project management if any questions occur Your profile Experience in offshore installation projects Fluent in English Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Dredging or Marine Engineering Willing to work internationally on vessels or as well as in the office. Salary / Benefits From 60K to 80K basic + Bonus 13th Month and holiday allowance Company Car WFH (2 days a week) Relocation package (accomodation covered for 4 weeks and assistance in finding housings).
