Skills Provision is searching for an Operations Manager for a funeral service provider in Italy.Under the direction of the GM, the Operations Manager directs the activities of two departments the Building / Grounds Maintenance and Funeral Services fulfilment.Position : PermanentSalary & Benefits57,000 p / aThe RoleDirect crews and / or contractors for landscape maintenance and / or project completion for specially focused displays involving turf, plantings, trees, and shrubs.Superintend fulfilment of interment and memorial related products and services as arranged for by customer service or administrative staff.Perform building project coordination for large-scale architectural enhancements to our historic property.Provide contract management and supervision for contracted maintenance and repair and new landscape construction projects such as tree maintenance, road repair and sprinkler system upkeep.Lead periodic labour negotiations and administer collective bargaining agreements to achieve effective operations and personnel management for all operational employees.RequirementsDegree in horticulture or landscape management or equivalent experienceManagement experience with cemetery operations and funeral servicesPrevious successful management position(s) involving landscape project management and maintenance, facilitation and / or coordination with building projects from inception through completionSupervision and / or management of employees in facilities maintenance units involving collective bargaining agreements is preferredExperience working with members of the public in environments that value customer serviceDemonstrated effectiveness of oral / written communication skills and computer applications pertinent to tasks such as personnel supervision (including scheduling and time reporting), budgeting and analytical reporting.Skills Provision is an ethical international recruitment agency, as such our adverts do not discriminate with regards to age, race, gender, colour, creed, religion, sexual orientation, disability and nationality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
