How will you make an impact?
As an HRIS Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our HRIS tools, with a particular focus on SAP Time. Your responsibilities will include configuration, support, and training of users across various HRIS modules to ensure efficient and compliant processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- SAP Time Expertise (~50%): Design and configure complex shift schedules in SAP Time, proactively manage inconsistencies and anomalies in time data, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize SAP Time usage.
- HRIS Support and Training (~25%): Provide technical and functional support to users (HR, Payroll, colleagues), design and facilitate training sessions both in person and remotely, and create clear documentation on HRIS processes.
- Continuous Improvement (~25%): Identify opportunities for process improvements, participate in HRIS implementation and upgrade projects, monitor HRIS market developments, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives, especially leveraging Workday to streamline HR processes.
How will you experience success with us?
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven expertise in SAP Time.
- Knowledge of Swiss HR processes and familiarity with HRIS tools such as SAP PT, SAP PY, Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, Vizier, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, Azure AD, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong team spirit, collaboration, and knowledge sharing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written); German is a plus.
- Experience with Workday configuration is highly desirable.
- Experience in Swiss payroll management is a plus.
