Help document and design processes to increase efficiency (reduce lead time, increase throughput, lower costs, etc.).Contribute to creating impact within the clients organization to develop and transform their business and IT strategies.Assist in creating roadmaps describing current and future customer environments.Contribute to proposals, bids, Statements of Work, and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style.Support shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops, and proposals.Education and Skills:Recent degree in a technical or business field.Interest in Information Technology.Experience with university projects in Business Analysis or project management is a plus.Internship experience in IT fields is a plus.The ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, a constant focus on goals, team-working ability, and proficiency in Italian and English (both oral and written).Work Location: Milano (MI) with remote possibility.Recruitment fraud is a scheme where fictitious job opportunities are offered, often through false websites or unsolicited emails, requesting personal information or payments.
