About the Role
We''re seeking an experienced Senior Brand Visual Designer to join our Chapter Visual Creation team. As a senior team member, you''ll lead by example, provide guidance and support to team members, and manage our brand assets. You''ll also be the guardian of our branding guidelines, responsible for updating and maintaining them to ensure consistency across all communication channels and working on branding projects together with the Chapter Lead Visual Creation. Additionally, you''ll be responsible for training and upskilling visual creators in the use of Adobe CC Suite programs.
Requirements
Manage, maintain and create brand assets and templates for 5 brands, ensuring they''re technically sound and up-to-date.
Manage and maintain the branding guidelines for these brands, updating and changing them as necessary to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across various media, including print, digital, and video.
Oversee the design process, providing guidance on typography, color, composition, and other visual elements.
Create and direct digital and print content, including banners, digital signage, brochures, and social media content.
Collaborate with MarCom managers, storytellers, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure a
cohesive visual message.
Work on branding projects in close collaboration with the Chapter Lead Visual Creation and the Brand Squad.
Work in an agile environment, prioritizing tasks, adapting to changing priorities, and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
Provide guidance and technical support to visual creators in the team
Train and upskill visual creators in the use of Adobe CC Suite programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor''s Degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design or visual communications.

Requirements
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and experience with brand asset
management and branding guidelines.
Strong understanding of branding, design principles, color theory, and typography.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator,....).
Business Experience
5+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
Experience in working for established brands or in large multi-brand companies.
