The Insite Coordinator is responsible for the cost-effective coordination and direction of in-plant personnel and on-site staged equipment to complete assigned service projects. Ensures compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations. Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Promote HPC-Industrials safety, environmental and operations policies.
- Ensure in-plant staged equipment is properly tracked for delivery to customer locations and billing purposes.
- Work closely with InSite Project Manager to direct in-plant equipment and/or personnel to meet customer needs.
- Act as office liaison for in-plant service personnel on shift and communicate which project to direct personnel or equipment to work on.
- Help maintain a proper inventory of equipment and supplies for current workloads.
- Interface with the customer in a professional and effective manner to update them on equipment status.
- Ensure proper communication to the InSite Program Manager to confirm that contractual obligations are met to complete requested services, project progression status and change orders are completed and executed, prior to any additional work being performed; Ensure the customer acknowledges change order(s).
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree- Environmental Science/Related or Minimum 3 years experience.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Knowledge of Industrial Services equipment and supplies.
- Leadership and/or supervisory experience.
- Operations experience.
- Proficiency in Windows based applications.
