Description Provides technical and troubleshooting support to users in need of assistance with network, computer hardware or software problems. Analysts are trained to deal with various types of computer and applications issues from minor glitches to major issues to provide resolution to all, or escalate to specialists. Qualifications Required Education/ Experience/Specialized Skills: High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years experience in information service environment as a computer operator, helpdesk analyst or PC/Desktop Support function. Demonstrated experience in understanding work flow through a data center.Ability to provide technical support over the phone or via remote service. Excellent coordinating skills. Strong organization skills and ability to work independently and efficiently. Knowledgeable in Microsoft office product.Familiar with windows operating systems such as Windows XP, Windows 7. Excellent customer service skills and a team player. Friendly and approachable, problem solver, great time management and great communicator. One year college level or technical school data processing training.Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: A+ certificate, Associates degree. EPIC and ServiceNow experience highly preferred.
