We're Hiring: HS ISM Retainer Milan We are looking for a specialist to join our team and support LG Electronics' European market retail operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of LG's Global Store Identity (SI) and display guidelines within local retail environments. Responsibilities: Management and implementation of Global Store Identity (SI) consistency and display guidelines locally Support for In-Store Management (ISM) tasks Assistance in Retail/Shopper Marketing planning and design activities Planning, support, oversight of SHOP DISPLAY, including production, installation supervision, and store audits Management of local production vendors oversight of production/installation Monitoring competitors, developing store improvement strategies by region, and managing progress reports Qualifications and Preferred Skills: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Design/Interior Design/Architecture/Marketing) Proficiency in English (proficiency in Italian and Korean is preferred for this role) Proficient in document writing and MS Office Holder of Italian residence permit Required Documents: Resume (in English or Korean) Cover letter Location: Via Aldo Rossi, 4, Milano, Italy Why Join Us?
