BIM Manager | 12-Month Contract | Mons, Belgium (On-site Hybrid)

Were working with a leading engineering firm on a large-scale brownfield project in Mons and looking for a BIM Manager with deep expertise to lead the development and implementation of the projects BIM strategy from the ground up.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with a strong BIM background whos ready to take ownership of systems, processes, and team coordination.
Your Role
As BIM Manager, youll be responsible for:
- Setting up and configuring the full BIM environment using Autodesk tools (Revit, ACC).
- Defining BIM workflows, standards, and execution strategies.
- Collaborating closely with the construction and engineering teams to guide implementation.
- Supporting the early phases of a complex, high-value project in a regulated industrial setting.
What Were Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in BIM, with a strong focus on strategy and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Autodesk platforms (Revit, ACC essential).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in pharma, life sciences, or similar regulated industries (e.g., oil & gas) is a plus.
- Available to work on-site in Mons for the first 2 months, with hybrid flexibility afterward.
