Were looking for an experienced and visionary IT Project Manager Digitalization to lead key strategic ICT initiatives across CRM (Salesforce), digital applications, mobility, automation (RPA), and AI solutions.
What Youll Do:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for digitalization initiativesfrom CRM and AI to automation and mobility.
- Collaborate with IT Business Partners and cross-functional teams to align digital projects with business goals.
- Manage scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks with rigor and agility.
- Coordinate with internal IT delivery teams and external vendors across multiple locations.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices.
- Report regularly to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience in multi-national environments.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe) preferred.
- Proven track record in digital transformation and implementation of business applications.
- Experience with technologies like CRM (Salesforce), cloud platforms, RPA, and AI tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
