System Administrator - Categoria Protetta (legge 68/99 art. 1), MilanLocation: Milan, ItalyRole DescriptionImpresoft 4ward, a renowned Gold Partner Microsoft, is seeking a System Administrator - Categoria Protetta (legge 68/99 art. 1) who is experienced and motivated to join our growing team.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the team in implementing IT solutions for identity management, device security, and collaboration tools within Microsoft 365.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support.Conduct functional audits to ensure solutions are secure and compliant with best practices.Assist in training client IT staff on management best practices.Develop migration paths supporting the technological evolution of corporate assets.Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in portfolio solutions.Contribute to the development and definition of best practices related to proposed solutions.Required QualificationsMembership to protected categories (Legge 68/99).Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new skills.Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.Problem-solving ability and proactive approach.Willingness to participate in training courses and obtain technical certifications.Preferred Technical SkillsBasic or advanced knowledge of Microsoft solutions for device management, identity, or collaboration tools within Microsoft 365.Familiarity with security and compliance policies for devices or identities.Experience or interest in application and desktop virtualization (RDS, VDI, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 Cloud PC).Experience or interest in identity and access management (IAM).Experience or interest in enterprise collaboration tools and Microsoft Voice solutions.Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.Additional InformationThe position is open to candidates from various locations, including Argelato (BO), Peschiera Borromeo (MI), Reggio Emilia, Genova, Torino, and Garbagnate Monastero (LC).What We Offer:Permanent employment contract under CCNL Commercio, with salary based on skills plus performance bonuses.Supplementary health insurance.Positive and informal work environment with passionate professionals.Continuous training on technical skills and soft skills, including internal English courses.Structured career growth and professional certification pathways.Applicants should send their application with GDPR authorization (EU Reg. 679/2016).
