MIBL now has an opening in its Risk Management Department for an: Senior Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Officer - CDI The Senior Outsourcing & Third Party Risk (SOTPR) Officer will join the Risk Management Department (RMD) with the primary responsibility of strengthening MIBL outsourcing & ICT Third Party Risk management framework. He/she will have the objective to perform risk assessments, maintain and update Policies and Procedures, perform due diligence, update KPIs, update the outsourcing register, perform stress testing, perform the classification of critical & not critical service providers, collaborate on DORA related matters (assist on the ICT Register, approvals of new service providers), review Service Level Agreements and contractual arrangements to identify whether relevant clauses are properly included as per the regulations. In addition, the SOTPR Officer will collaborate with RMD''s team members and the CRO in the preparation of presentations for the Risk Management Committee, the New Business Acceptance Committee NBPAC (review forms, documentation, tracking approvals) and Climate & Environmental Risks (updating KRI, dashboards, presentations for the Risk Committee) The SOTPR Officer will the report to the Head of Risk Management & CRO. Your responsibilities will include: Review and update Policies, Procedures and Manuals as per the regulatory requirements (EBA, CSSF circulars and RTS). Perform yearly Risk Assessment on vendors and subcontractors based on the Bank''s Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Framework. Ensure compliance with DORA, in terms of assessment of critical/non critical ICT service providers and present them in the Risk Management Committee for approval. Review Due Diligence forms received from the Business Line, challenging the answers to the questionnaires as appropriate, gathering the documentation and memorandums received. Keep the Outsourcing Register updated based on new outsourcing approved by the Bank. Support the CRO in the preparation of due diligence missions (templates, questionnaires and memorandums). Assist IT Department for maintaining the ICT Register up to date. Assist the CRO on preparation of Risk Management Committee (agenda, minutes) for the sections involving Third Party & Outsourcing Risk, Climate Risk and NBPA. Collaborate with RMDs members in charge of Climate & Environmental Risk (update KRIs, SFDR, CSRD) and provide support the CRO on administrative tasks related to New Business Acceptance Committee NBPA (review forms, follow up approvals) Your profile: University degree in the fields of Risk Management, Banking or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of experience in the fields of Operational Risk, Third Party/Outsourcing Risks in a financial institution, asset management firm or financial service provider in Luxembourg or in an EU country. Strong knowledge of CSSF circulars 12/552, 22/806 (outsourcing arrangements), 22/811 and Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Good understanding of Climate & Sustainability Risk regulations (CSSF 21/773, SFDR, CSRD). Very communication skills, able to make presentations to the CRO and Senior Management as necessary. Familiar using Microsoft Office applications (Excel Macros, Power Point, etc); Fluent in English, written and spoken.
