Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Prepare channel assortments based on option plan and the buying process for OR/FR. Actively contribute to OTB planning and define optimal buy volumes. Execute in-season Trading decisions to meet store stock requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation of pre-season strategy for OTB Planning & Management following the market financial targets
Design packages based on customer/commercial and Brand needs acknowledging space requirements and balancing brand vs commercial specific market needs for OR/FR
Implement Market Range enhancements that reflects localization and differentiation in market range where needed (seasonality, account differentiation)
Contribute to the buying process for OR and assure right volumes are bought following market OTB plans
Support the submission of initial seasonal forecasts for OR into applicable systems for horizontal review by global functions at key milestones.
Prepare the size breakdowns for OR process assuring they are created according to market needs and incorporated in the buying process
Execute market seasonal stock position assuring the right volumes are available in stores and distribution centers and inform of changes to Trading teams.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
Coordinate with SCM and DP team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increasing sales
Use data analysis to forecast demand and make informed decisions on product ordering and allocation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Relevant job experience in a Product Planning, Buying or Merchandising function, and fully qualified and trained.
Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
Strong competence with range assortment planning/merchandising and buying, procedures and systems
Requisite Education and Experience/ Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
Fluent in English
5 years of typical relevant work experience
