Within our team, we mostly focus on improving reward policies and practices. We support our clients on topics ranging from reduction of employment costs to the setup of compensation benefits strategies. Your key responsibilities Ever wondered how you can offer a package that is both attractive for employees and tax/social/cost optimal for companies? As an employer, it is essential to adopt a fair, attractive, flexible, transparent, and sustainable compensation package. This is crucial to ensure employee loyalty and to remain competitive in the war for talent. Additionally, you need to closely monitor all changes in the tax, social, and labor law landscape. As an Employee Reward Consultant within the Reward team, you will guide employers in rethinking their reward and remuneration strategy so they can make the best choices for their company and their employees. You will be involved in projects answering client questions such as: How can we position ourselves as an attractive employer in the market? Should we offer more flexibility in the benefits and remuneration we provide to our employees? How can we create a lasting People Experience in our remuneration strategy? What are the new trends in the market? How can we optimize the current remuneration package of the employee population? What we look for You will obtain a masters degree in law or economics potentially with a supplementary degree in fiscal matters.
