This position is based in our site in Vire. Purpose -Ensure client satisfaction through the Group Quality Systemdeployment in his/her Production Unit - Undertake and coordinaterisk management actions in the field of personal safety and theenvironmental protection of property (buildings and productionresources) Main Missions 1 - Facilitate the implementation of Smartand associated aims - Implement the Smart site section(instructions and appendices) in line with the Group''s Smartproject. - Facilitate the implementation of Smart, for which he/sheis responsible in his/her unit - Suggest Smart developmentsconnected to the activity of his/her unit - Assist the Unit Managerin measuring the efficiency and performance of processes to meetobjectives 2 - Represent the customer within his/her productionunit - Ensure the respect of customer requirements and qualitytargets - Manage the performance of suppliers for his/her unit andcommit to improvement plans in line with purchasing - Decideexceptions in relation to customer quality demands - Coordinatesystem, product and production process audits in his/her unit -Coordinate the processing of in-production incidents and themonitoring of associated action plans - Coordinate the analysis andprocessing of warranty returns - Participate in measuring customersatisfaction - Block deliveries and/or stop production in the caseof an identified risk for the customer. 3 - Manage job familyactivities within his/her production unit - Organise the takinginto account of experience capitalisation files - Ensure proper useof Quality tools and methods - Coordinate quality-related audits inhis/her unit and ensure the implementation and efficiency ofassociated action - plans - Coordinate quality-relatedcommunication in his/her unit - Report to the Quality Director andthe Unit Manager hierarchically - Participate in the development ofnew projects while ensuring the completion of plant quality actions- Make all operational decisions in his/her field and according tohis/her scope of responsibilities - Permanently manage employeesand coordinate their missions 4 - Manage his/her team according tothe applicable organisation - Based on the objectives of his/heractivity, prepare action plans and coordinate the missions ofhis/her team in a - coherent manner - Respect the allocated annualoperating budget - Monitor performance indicators for his/heractivity, implement corrective actions if necessary and informhis/her teams of them. - Conduct annual appraisal interviews andset the objectives for his/her team - Develop employees'' skillswithin his/her activity and recommend the individual and/orcollective training actions required to maintain the performancelevels of activities - Be sure to maintain team motivation and apositive working environment - Check and approve team members''expense claims (travel, etc.) and authorisations forabsence/holidays - Ensure that job descriptions are updatedaccording to group procedures - Provide reports of his/her activity5 - Ensure compliance in relation to regulatory and customerrequirements in risk management and the drawing up of associatedassessments and reports Abilities - Enjoy interacting with peopleand working on group projects - Focus on the details and able tohave the bigger picture - Excellent communication skills includingverbal and written skills are required - Experience in automotive /Plastic - Good level in English
