The Intern will join the Corporate and LeveragedFinance (CLF) desk, as support to the Corporate and CorporateAcquisition Financing team in Milan. She / He will be involved in:- Analysis of the existing and prospect clients of the bank in thecontext of financing transactions related to refinancing ofexisting debt facilities, capex, liquidity back-up lines,acquisitions; - Financial Modelling and Business Plan analysis forfinancings - Preparation of internal presentations and pitches -Preparation of internal papers to present financing transactions incredit committees; - Liaising with other teams of the bank inrelation to transaction originated and / or syndicated by DOD -Preparation of post-transaction memorandum; - Monitoring of CLFLending portfolio (exposures, RWA) - Market, benchmark andcomparable analysis through Dealogic, Loanconnector and internaltools - Analysis of main players within the Italian lending market(data analysis and PowerPoint presentations) for internal andclients/investors meetings purposes The Intern will deal with aninternational, challenging and rapidly changing environment, whichrequires multi-tasking skills, relational skills, capabilities towork with time management and to respect strict deadlines. Thisexperience will provide the intern with an unique opportunity toimprove her/his knowledge of the loan market, with a focus onoriginating and structuring of loans for the large and mid-capItalian corporates Requirements: LANGUAGES - Fluency in written andspoken English. French is a plus IT - Proficiency in Office (Excel,Powerpoint, Word) - Knowledge of Bloomberg platform will be a plusSPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE - Strong academic track record, preferablywith a focus on subjects inherent Financial Markets/Intermediaries,Financial Products/Securities, Investment Banking, CorporateFinance, Accounting - Analytical and quantitative skills -Proficiency in writing and presentation skills - Previousexperience in a similar position will be a plus PERSONAL SKILLS -Positive and hard-working attitude - Willingness to learn -Flexibility - Accountability, motivation andcommitment
