What youlldoThe Real Estate Asset Manager, working within the real estateteam specialized in repossessed properties (REOCOs), will beinvolved in the following activities: Main responsibilities:Recommend and proactively coordinate external providers;Oversee theperformance of external brokers in the disposal strategy of amultiple real estate assets simultaneously;Perform presentations toour PE clients on the status on investments and progress of thechosen strategy Participate in the preparation of the real estatebusiness plans and quarterly reporting documents for separateassets;Review external appraisal reports and provide qualitativeand quantitative analysis on their contents;Update and prepare markto market models and capital commitment schedules;Understandvarious real estate related documentation and prepare Excelmodels;Analysis potential acquisitions on behalf of Real estateassets ;Review and update monthly operating budgets;Prepare andupdate internal models and memos. What youll bring:CompetentEnglish written and spoken English needed for everyday use;Strongeducational background, accounting or real estate workingexperience;Proficient in Excel and Power Point;Exposure tofinancial modelling and discounted cash flow analysis;Stronginterest in real estate;Strong written and verbal communicationskills are essential;Must be a self-starter with the ability tomanage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;Well-developedquantitative and analytical skills;Strong organizational and timemanagement skills;Understanding of real estate valuation conceptshighly desirable.
