A day in the life of a Team Leader Private Banking:
- Coach a local team of around 10 private bankers.
- Represent the ING Private Banking organization locally, both internally and externally.
- Steer the synergies with other departments and segments from your area: business banking, independent agents, statutory agents, personal banking.
- Be responsible for the commercial performance of your team.
- Manage a personal portfolio of clients and contribute to the results of your team.

The team:
The private banking team in Centre consists of 44 Private Bankers, 12 Portfolio Managers, 10 Sales and Services Officers, 3 team leaders, and 3 Wealth and Analysis planners. The team contributes to the bank''s success and customer satisfaction and is part of a larger global team of around 300 people in Belgium. ING Private Banking manages the assets of 30,000 families in Belgium.
