Planet Pharma are working with a leading organization committed to Safety, Health, and Environmental (EHS) in the pharmaceutical/process industry. As a Senior SHE Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring regulatory compliance, driving risk management initiatives, and fostering a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EHS policies in line with corporate and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and compliance audits.
• Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure environmental sustainability through waste management, emissions control, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee training programs to improve employee awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities to maintain high safety standards.

Our client are looking for experience with the following:

• Amendment permit demolition
• Implementation of new environmental permit
• Building application
• Perform EED audits
• Compliance management
• Guide and implement environmental measurement programs (water, air, soil, energy, etc.)
• Complete and implement HAZOP nitrogen
• Assess applications for new substances
• Update environmental aspects register (ISO audit)
• Internal audits
• SST reviews
• Incident handling (environment)
