Our portfolio spans power, thermal, and infrastructure management products, software, and solutions, supported by nearly 250 service centers worldwide.We are currently seeking a Technical Trainer to join our team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy.As AC Power Main Trainer, you will design AC Power Service courses and deliver comprehensive learning experiences to Vertiv Customer Engineers, Distributors, and Customers. You will also be part of, and grow, the network of the Academy Local Trainers.Your Core Responsibilities :Collaborate with AC Power and Service & Software Solutions LoBs to set training priorities and learning objectives, ensuring smooth technical handovers from Global Training and regional Engineering teams.Define course content in partnership with the Global Training team; lead technical committees when appropriate to decide and approve training materials.Develop, update, and maintain training materials covering the product portfolio, including online theoretical content, tests, multimedia tools, procedures, classroom materials, practical exercises, and final assessments.Deliver training sessions effectively through blended learning methods: remote, self-learning, residential classroom, and final exams, including diploma ceremonies.
