We are currently seeking a Facility Assistant professional to join our client and support the Facility Manager on a temporary basis . This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of their activities.
Facility Assistant for 4 months
Our client is an international company based in Nyon.
Missions
- Provide day-to-day support to the Site Services Manager.
- Coordinate facility services and follow up on administrative tasks related to the HQ building.
- Act as a liaison between HQ associates and facility service providers.
- Support administrative processes related to facilities.
- Coordinate operational activities such as creation of POs
Profil du candidat
- Minimum of 2 years'' experience in an administrative support role.
- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
- Experience in a client-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 .
