Powersoft is the world leader in the design, production,and commercialization of products and patented solutions forapplications in the professional audio field, such as biginternational shows, concerts, theatres, cinemas, stadiums,airports, train stations, cruises, etc. In line with both ourgrowth and business development, we are further expanding ourcompany by researching for our Brand and Marketing CommunicationDepartment a: Marketing Communication Specialist Role - Coordinateand execute marketing communication initiatives, aligning closelywith the company''s strategic objectives and overall marketing plan.- Plan, organize, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns,ensuring timely delivery and coherence across various communicationchannels. - Manage marketing budgets, tracking expenditures andensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize campaigneffectiveness and investements. - Act as a key point ofcoordination with the global sales network and key clients,aligning communication strategies and activities to support marketpenetration, brand consistency and customer loyalty - Collaborateclosely with the Marketing Content Leader, Content Specialists, andthe Web & Graphics team to define project timelines,deliverables, and resources. - Facilitate clear and consistentinternal communication across departments (Sales, ProductManagement, R&D) for marketing and communications projects. -Develop and maintain structured reporting on marketing activities,assessing performance metrics to inform future planning andstrategic adjustments. - Provide support for event management,including trade shows and client-focused events, ensuring seamlessexecution and high-quality outcomes. Requirements MUST HAVE -Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communication, BusinessAdministration, or related fields. - 3-5 years of professionalexperience in marketing communication, with proven expertise inplanning, coordination, and project management. - Strongorganizational and project management skills, capable of leadingmultiple projects simultaneously and consistently meetingdeadlines. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, withproven ability to manage and coordinate relationships with externalagencies, distribution networks, and key client accounts. - Fluencyin English (spoken and written). - Strategic mindset with aproactive approach, comfortable operating within cross-functionaland international teams. NICE TO HAVE - Professional background intechnology or audio video industry environments. - Knowledge ofadditional languages beyond English. - Familiarity with CRMsystems, marketing automation platforms, and digital analyticstools - InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator proficiency, and basicvideo editing skills. - Genuine interest or passion forprofessional audio technologies and innovation.
