An Applications Engineering position for an Analog ICLayout Designer is available in Milan, Italy. As the successfulApplications Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:Working in a small team to provide expert technical support for thecompany''s products. Contributing directly to key design projectsand taking responsibility for driving the companys IC tools.Evaluating and resolving customer design challenges. Working toimprove design methodologies and helping to leverage the company''sservices. Additional requirements for the Applications Engineerinclude: A solid understanding of analog and mixed-signal design.Experience with PDKs (Process Design Kits). Experience in Analog ICLayout. Strong communication skills in both Italian and English. Asthe ideal candidate, you are driven and engaged, eager to learn newthings, a strong communicator, and able to work independently. Sometravel will be required, but your primary focus will be supportingthe local customer base. Excellent written and spoken Italian andEnglish skills are essential for this role.
