NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for theimplementation of the EIB funded project called: Public Sector LoanFacility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex and is searching forexperts to support the core team during the implementation of thisproject. Location: Bulgaria. Duration: The intended start date isJuly 2025 (the Start Date) and the period of implementation ofthe Assignment will be 20 months from this date (the Period ofImplementation). Key Expert: Green Hydrogen & IndustrialInfrastructure Expert (Cat. II) Qualifications and skills: - Atleast a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Energy Systems,Industrial Engineering, or a related field (minimum requirement). -Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English (minimumrequirement). - Proficiency in hydrogen simulation tools (e.g.,H2A, HyOpt, or similar) will be considered an asset. Generalprofessional experience: - At least 10 years of professionalexperience in hydrogen production technologies, industrialinfrastructure, and clean energy transition projects (minimumrequirement). Specific professional experience: - Experience inplanning and developing hydrogen supply chains, as demonstrated byat least 2 projects (minimum requirement). - Experience in thetechnical and economic feasibility of green hydrogen projects,including electrolysis and hydrogen storage, as demonstrated in atleast two projects in the experts CV (minimum requirement). -Knowledge of hydrogen policy frameworks, funding mechanisms, and EUregulations will be considered an asset. - Experience in industrialpark infrastructure development to support hydrogen production willbe considered an asset. - Experience working on just transitionprojects and coal-dependent regions in the EU will be considered anasset.
