ITIL certified, ServiceNow Admin & Implementation certificates, CMDB, Web Services.

A global consultancy in Brussels are looking for a long term freelancer who is a ServiceNow Technical expert to work on a hybrid model from Brussels.

They are looking for a ServiceNow expert to reinforce and to help

setup and operate the ServiceNow Platform and ITSM Tools.

Main responsibilities are:

• Setup, administration and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform (including
• components such as MID servers)
• Evolutive maintenance, support and development of extra functionalities for the ITSM/CSM
• applications
• CMDB & Data Quality management
• Monitoring, administration and troubleshooting of integrations of ServiceNow with other

Skills:

ITIL foundation certified (and proven experience with ITIL processes)

ServiceNow System Administrator Certification

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification

Knowledge and certifications in ServiceNow products (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, ...)

Good understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM

Experience with Web services (Xml/Soap/Rest)

Basic knowledge of Java scripting (for light customization purpose)

ServiceNow App Engine experience

ITIL certified, ServiceNow Admin & Implementation certificates, CMDB, Web Services.
