The role is a mix of first and secondline support with a varied set of tasks, including regular rolloutprojects. You are the point of contact for the end user and respondwell to their needs. Your focus is on the solution, not theproblem. With your eagle eye, you keep an overview of theinteraction with the customer, the management, and theadministration of incidents. You manage user profiles, Hardware,and software, and contribute to ongoing improvement processes. Youperform installations and configurations and provide support forall devices within the company using various tools. Regularly, yougo directly into the field to solve problems if remote resolutionis not possible. You handle and process tickets: onboarding andoffboarding people, assigning rights or applications, resolvingprinter issues, and software & PC-related problems. Yourprofile Your Hardware: You have relevant work experience in aService Desk environment and can correctly register incidents andsolve known problems according to procedures. You already haveexperience with core Microsoft technologies such as Office 365 andWindows OS. You always keep the focus on the end user and ensurethey are operational again as quickly as possible. You enjoyworking in a team, are flexible, and may eventually participate inthe on-call support. In addition to the required skills for level 1support, you already have general knowledge of AD, AAD, O365,SharePoint, Intune, Security (MFA, CA, M365 Defender,...),networking, and Windows OS. You have strong analytical andproblem-solving skills and always strive for the best result. Yourdocumentation skills are on point! You handle tickets with mainproblems. Once this problem is known, you make the necessarychanges so that this problem can no longer cause incidents. You arethe seamless link between the 1st and 3rd line.
