The Office Administrator contributes to the organisational goals by ensuring that the operational running of the Jenus business is managed effectively and efficiently.Basic project management tasks- Documenting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)- Process mapping- Responsible for all travel arrangements as required.- Responsible for the setting up of all departmental meetings including diary management, venue booking and agenda creation- Responsible for the setting up of new staff members in conjunction with TTS as required- Responsible for the logging of the departments technological faults in conjunction with TTS as required- Responsible for all administration regarding training including scheduling of training sessions, diary management, booking of venues and catering- Responsible for the TGT function within the department which includes issuing On the Spot awards, handing out vouchers and capturing for payment; submitting the TGT nominees to the TGT panel timeously and organising the TGT functions in conjunction with the Events team- Responsible for all My Market (procurement system) orders.- Responsible for the ordering of all stationary for the department.- Liaising with Facilities regarding any movement of staff- Assisting with transfer forms and forwarding these to Human Resources- Updating of Organogram on a monthly basis- Follow up on Ad hoc requests.- Assistance with all presentations for the department as required- Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others.- Deliver on Treating Customers Fairly principles in alignment with regulatory requirements
