Position: SAP FI/CO Team Lead (Permanent)
We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Team Lead with 10+ years in SAP Finance and 5+ years in leadership. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Fit-Gap analysis and define business requirements.
- Advise clients on strategic IT and business directions.
- Recommend and design innovative SAP financial solutions.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for SAP solution deployment.
- Configure and implement SAP FI modules (e.g. GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, Cost Center, Planning, Cash Journal, etc.).
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules.
- Conduct solution workshops and lead executive-level engagements.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in SAP Finance, 5+ years as FICO Team Lead.
- Proven ability to lead client workshops and strategic discussions.
- Strong knowledge of Supplier Invoice Management (SIM), SLAs, and KPIs.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
