What Youll Be Doing As a 360 Data Manager, you''llplay a pivotal role in shaping and delivering data-driventransformation projects. Your responsibilities may include: -Leading end-to-end data programs across various domains (DataGovernance, MDM, Data Quality, BI, etc.) - Building and mentoring across-functional team to deliver impactful outcomes - Designing andexecuting data strategies and transformation roadmaps - Selectingand implementing Data Management tools (Collibra, Informatica,Precisely, Purview,...) - Enhancing Data Quality and DataGovernance frameworks and associated tooling - Promoting dataliteracy and enabling data-driven cultures across clientorganizations Who You Are Youre a versatile and strategic thinkerwith: - Solid experience managing data initiatives across multipledomains - Strong knowledge of Data Management principles,frameworks, and tooling - The ability to communicate clearly withboth business and technical stakeholders - Proven leadership skillsand a desire to grow and inspire a team - A proactive, consultativemindset and a drive to deliver real-world impact Languages - FluentEnglish (must) - Fluent in Dutch or French (must) Location: Ourmain office is in Antwerp (near train station), but we work withclients across Belgium. We value work-life balance and consideryour home location when assigning projects. Work can be on-site,remote, or from our office depending on what makes the mostsense.
