FunctieomschrijvingRandstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a Shipping and Logistic Specialist for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.We offer an initial 12-month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.CCNL Metalworking Industry, level C2, commensurate with the candidate''s experience, plus meal vouchers.Possibility of smart working.ResponsabilitThe resource, dedicated to an assigned project, will be accountable for the flawless and timely execution of the contractual document issuing, control, exchange, and storage, mainly related to shipping and customs transactions. The candidate will work closely with GTE functions, shipping managers, and logistic providers to successfully achieve the timely completion of the assigned tasks. Always prioritizing HSE standards and compliance with Company Values, the candidate will have to:Support the shipping manager in managing transportation for the projectExpedite and accelerate the exchange of documentation between parties as neededInteract with the Project shipping team, both in Florence and in the USExecute the assigned shipments, follow up with the appointed shipping forwarder, and update the status to the Project Team and Customer if necessaryFunctie-eisenQualifications/Requirements:Applicants should have some experience in a similar role, preferably in complex processes and organizationProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong communication skills and ability to work in a teamStrong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are requiredAbility to work independently to complete assigned tasksDesired Characteristics:Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or universityPrevious experience in international transportationStrong organizational skillsProgram/Project Management skillsTime management skillsInterpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence othersLa ricerca rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
