Leading a growing team of technical experts, working on strategically crucial client onboarding projects, contributing to the expansion of the teams responsibilities and functions;
Managing integration projects, organizing and leading cross-functional teams, orchestrating collaboration between multiple business units, coordinating activities to onboard new clients successfully, ensuring a smooth transition to maintenance or business-as-usual phase;
Optimizing delivery processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, driving operational efficiency;
At least 5 years of strong IT project management experience: leading development projects and teams, understanding IT processes such as Change Management and Release Management;
Client Relationships and stakeholder management experience: managing client relationships and stakeholders effectively;
Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 10+ people: successfully delivering multiple projects;
Advanced proficiency in project support and monitoring tools: using JIRA and Confluence;
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies: applying Agile practices to project management;
Strong people management, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills: ensuring smooth project execution;
Fluency in English.
Experience in Team/Business Unit Management: overseeing and guiding business operations;
Experience in Client Relationships Management in B2B environments: handling partnerships effectively;
Experience in Project, Delivery, and Service Delivery Management: managing complex workflows;
Fluent Russian or Ukrainian: ensuring effective communication;
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field: possessing a strong educational foundation.
