Team Lead Network Support - Oosterhout
As Team lead Network Support, youll lead the daily operations of our support team, ensuring high customer satisfaction, efficient resource planning, and continuous process improvement.
You will be leading a high-impact support team handling critical customer environments.
The opportunity to shape and optimize support processes including change management, monitoring, and reporting.
Your role will include blending leadership and hands-on work with coaching, KPIs, and participation in a 24/7 duty roster.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily support operations and consult with customers on ongoing issues and changes.
- Guide the team through ticket resolution, incident response, and major change implementations.
- Set KPIs, run performance reviews, and onboard and train new engineers.
- Oversee resource planning, including staffing, time-off management, and participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Lead vulnerability management efforts, improve monitoring and change tools, and drive better documentation and customer satisfaction tracking.
Required Skills & Experience
- CCNA / CCNP networking
- 3 years managerial experience
