Drive for results: - Monitor andanalyze sales analytics, budgets, and forecasts to optimizeperformance; - provides clear daily, weekly monthly sales targetswith the team, as well as each individual team member, and followsup regularly on achievement; - provide hierarchy with clear andregular insights regarding the store performance. Store Management:- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory managementand cash handling, in compliance with company policies; -communicates efficiently within the company, about the store needsfor support in order to perform better, as well as opportunitiesfor business acceleration; - manage staff scheduling, ensuringappropriate staff coverage. People leadership: - Lead, inspire andsupport the store team, fostering high energy,motivation and astrong spirit of teamwork; - foster a culture of constructivefeed-back in the team; - ensure the companys policies areunderstood and adopted by all team members. Knowledge, Skills &Abilities Required - At least 5 years of relevant experience as aStore Manager in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxurylevel; - experience in all aspects of store management andexceptional customer-oriented interactions, with the aim ofcreating outstanding customer service experiences andrelationships. - previous experience in managing the opening of newstores is appreciated. - leadership skills and the ability tobuild, manage, and collaborate within a team, paired with provenorganizational abilities; - strong communication skills, effectivein interacting with the team, colleagues, and senior management; -fluent in both Italian and English.
