We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support the rollout of a data reduction system for a major pharmaceutical client. You will join our Data Strategy & Reduction Group, collaborating with scientists, lab managers, and technicians to capture key requirements, support platform adoption, and help create efficient data management solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the data reduction system implementation.
- Assist in creating user stories and functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand laboratory data workflows and reporting needs.
- Support testing and validation of system functionalities to ensure they align with user needs.
- Contribute to data visualization efforts by designing dashboards and reports based on user insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers) for seamless project delivery.
- Help develop simple data reduction workflows.
- Provide training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the system.
- Support documentation efforts, including process maps, requirements documentation, and training guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- 3 years of business analysis experience, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of data management, data visualization, and analytics.
- Experience in object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with Tibco software platform for data visualization is a plus.
- Exposure to tools like Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and transform business needs into actionable solutions.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Willingness to travel to the office at least once a week.
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
- Familiarity with laboratory workflows and scientific data management is a plus.
Contract Details
- 6-12 month contract (extendable)
- Daily Rate 300-400 (Depending on Experience)
- Start Date: June 2025
- Work with leading Pharma
