La responsabilidad del tcnico de ofertas de postventa se resume en que las necesidades de servicios y componentes de nuestros clientes sean atendidas en el menor tiempo posible y con la excelencia que Bionet aspira para toda su actividad

El puesto es hibrido, con algo de teletrabajo y fundamentalmente presencial en nuestra sede de Fuente lamo Murcia (Espaa).

El Tcnico de Postventa se integrar en el departamento de fabricacin y postventa con un equipo multidisciplinar, ya muy numeroso y en crecimiento.

Idealmente el candidato disfrutar construyendo mtodos y procedimientos para la mejora continua (Kaizen); con el objetivo de alcanzar la excelencia y poder escalar el conocimiento generado.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of customer demands and sorting those which are a demand for services of materials
• Preparation of after-sales quote/offer for the supply of services or materials to our customers; based on product technical information, field engineers analysis and proposals.
• Generation of order de fabricacin to fabrication departments for the supply of material in stock.
• Generation of PO to suppliers in case the material needed are not in stock
• Supervise and track the preparation of materials POs
• Coordinate with packing and logistics the preparation of materials to be sent to customers and confirm its reception and invoicing. Cooperative in packing in case is needed.
• Coordinate with aftersales technical team the provision of corrective service at a customer and track the execution of these services until customer complete satisfaction and invoicing.
• Participate in the decision of after-sales stock based on EDT by suppliers and on criticality for our customers
• Collaborate in the continuous improvement of our procedures and training to improve the quality of our services.
• Keep data about his activities in the format provided by the company. Data that has to be accurate, up to date and complete.

Requirements:

Engineering or an experience and vocation that provides equivalent capabilities to manage after sales procedures on a very technical sector (bioprocessing)

- Advanced user of Microsoft office SW package

- Ability and ambition to make decisions within his/her area of responsibility.

- Ability and complete orientation towards teamwork is essential.

- High level of English, minimum B2 and fluent communication skills.

- Fluency in ERP systems and Previous work experience in after sales support or maintenance engineering, understanding the specificities of industrial customer support will be highly appreciated
